This is the tag that I made for your project:
You will need:
Chipboard
Flower
Diamond Glaze
Glimmer Mist
Piece of trim
Either sequence or glitter
Paper
You need to spray the glimmer mist onto the trim....then, I cut my tag right out of the chipboard that I was using to spray on 3 1/2 x 4 1/2 (but you can make your tag any size you want), punched a hole at the top...
Next, I put the flowers how I wanted them and then glued them down with the diamond glaze...Then put a big dot in the center of my flower and last I put the sequence or glitter in the middle of the flower....
You now have element #4 of 8...for the next element, visit Karen's blog here: http://www.reallifeinpictures.blogspot.com/
When you've gathered all eight (8) elements, get to creating, and don't forget to post your project in the Urban Anthology gallery by Sunday at Midnight Pacific Time, for a chance to win the Urban Anthology Birthday Queen grand prize!
For a chance at a $5 gift certificate to the Urban Anthology store, please leave a blog comment on this post, answering the question:

Favorite bday memories of the past... just spending time with good friends & family. Those are always the best!
When my husband (then my boyfriend) threw me a surprise 21st birthday party
DH gave me a promise ring for my 19th birthday--we got married 6 months later! LOL!
i loooove spraying glimmer mist on my lace. and i love that it dries so quickly. awesome tag!
fave bday memories ...hmmmm....ICE CREAM CAKE!
Favorite memories are just having a bunch of girls over for sleep overs and talking 1/2 the night.
Fav. memory was when we had first gotten married and moved away from our families...I couldn't understand why DH wanted our apartment so clean (didn't he think I was a good housekeeper?) NO--it was because my parents were coming to surprise me! AND DH made me this gorgeous cake! (He bought a cake decorating book and use my frosting tips and everything!
I remember the time my parents rented out a hotel pool so i could have a pool party... it wasn't practical to have one in April in Wisconsin!
the family picnics we used to have before my family moved
One of my favorite birthday memories is the 1st cake that my son baked for my birthday. it was the year that I turned 40 and he was in San Fransisco on a youth group trip the day of my birthday. He baked the cake for me when he got home.
Slumber parties!
